Ethio-Hiber play Ethio-Jazz & Standards with a twist

Ethio-Hiber, or Gene Magna and Elias Andachew to give them their proper names, are usually seen performing with Saxaphone and Electric Guitar playing a lively set combining interpretations of Jazz standards by the likes of Coltrane, Brubeck, Gershwin, Rollins etc with their own Ethio-Jazz fusion. Occasionally though they can also be seen performing on their traditional Ethiopian instruments the maseneko and the kirare as seen above
